In addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, I have over 25 years of experience as a landlord, I flip homes, build new construction, and own and manage an Airbnb in Florida. This hands-on experience gives my clients valuable insight whether they are purchasing their first home, selling, investing, or building. As a lifelong resident of the Capital Region, I have deep knowledge of the local market and the communities I proudly serve.
