About Chris

Chris has been an active member of the Astoria, North Shore, and the North Fork communities his whole life. He and his family, having been the proprietors of the iconic Piccola Venezia restaurant since 1973, have been an integral part of the Astoria fabric for almost 50 years. Chris has now turned his efforts to real estate as he redevelops Piccola Venezia into a beautiful residential and commercial mixed-use building. Chris is also a former student of St. Joseph’s Academy and a current Board of Directors member. Chris then spent his formative years and adult life between his work in Astoria and his homes on the North Shore and North Fork of Long Island. Having grown up in a Manhasset and currently residing between Oyster Bay/Glen Cove and Cutchogue, Chris has your real estate needs covered from Astoria to Orient Point. His professional and personal relationships run deep and distant and will be a tremendous asset in closing your deal.
