I am Broker / Owner of Mondello Upstate Properties. I work with my 3 daughters, Miranda, Chelsea and Angelina as well as my sister Terese. I am married to Tim and together we have 7 grandchildren who are our pride and joy. I have enjoyed helping buyers, sellers, renters, landlords and investors with their real estate needs for over 40 years. I received my real estate license at 18 encouraged by my mother Audrey who started her own business as a single mother. She built a successful business and entrusted it to me and two sisters Terese and Margaret in 2009. We started a new brand and moved from Columbia County into the Village of Red Hook. There we continued to thrive. I took over the business in 2018. Margaret went on to have her own successful independent brokerage, and Terese remains licensed with us and is a strong asset. I purchased the building at 37 West Market Street in Red Hook in 2022. After a renovation moved in and it has become our "home away home". We are often told how warm and welcoming our office is and that is our biggest complement. I am so proud of my team and thier hard work ethic. I look forward to haning the torch to my daughters one day.
