With a background in marketing, technology and business development, Cary has a different perspective on what it means to be a real estate agent, market properties, and find both homes and investments. Cary has consistently helped sellers sell properties, often setting record prices in the process, and has helped buyers win properties in competitive, multiple offer situations, beating out as many as 18 other offers at time- while not being the highest bid. He currently works on both residential and commercial deals in NYC and has developed a speciality regarding terraced apartments in Manhattan. Cary started his professional career in sales and at the age of 23, Cary was the top grossing snowboard salesperson in the United States. An entrepreneur at heart, Cary worked as a consultant on Wall St and then eventually moved to running his own marketing and production company where he excelled at deal negotiation, social media and SEO. Cary was born in Manhattan where he has also lived most of his life. Over the years, he has lived and worked all over Manhattan, Brooklyn and parts of Queens. He attended Phillips Exeter Academy, Skidmore College, and University College London. Cary enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and when not working in real estate he can be found traveling, hiking, snowboarding, and teaching meditation at different venues in the city.
