Hi, I’m Bhuwan Rai, a New York real estate professional serving buyers, sellers, first-time homebuyers, and investors throughout Upstate New York. I got into real estate because I enjoy helping people make important financial decisions—not just helping them buy or sell a house. Before real estate, I spent 7 years in banking management, 6 years in insurance management, and 8 years in education. I have a Bachelor’s degree in English and Economics and have received several sales and management awards throughout my career. My background in banking, finance, investing, and management has taught me the importance of paying attention to the numbers, understanding the details, and being prepared to act when the right opportunity comes along. I believe good real estate advice should be honest, practical, and easy to understand. I’m responsive, hardworking, organized, and I take my clients’ time and goals seriously. I don’t want my clients to feel pressured—I want them to feel informed and confident about their decisions. I work with single-family and multi-family properties, including investment and renovation opportunities. I also have experience with notary services and can help clients navigate financing options and connect with appropriate lending professionals when needed.
