My favorite real estate activity is finding homes for people to live in. I do not personally adhere to the flip and invest model but am happy to help first time buyers find an owner occupied 2-3 family to help cover their mortage! I first honed my skills in Park Slope, Brooklyn, then for twenty years in the Catskills. I am and truly feel fully dedicated to my client's concerns exclusively, whether as a listing (seller's) agent or buyer's agent. And I am so happy to be working in Western NY now! When in the Catskills, I worked a few years in the "back end" of the industry, in administrative and compliance control, and also as an advertising manager at one point before returning to selling, it is helpful to have the industry standards background so my clients can feel safe in that regard. I have pretty much covered all bases in residential sales.
