Hello! Thank you for checking out my profile. Real Estate Sales is no easy task. Navigating through different personalities, properties, back and forth with lawyers can make any normal person head spin. I am a creature of habit, persistence and tenacity. My goal first & foremost is to make sure your needs are met. As my client whether you're a buyer, seller or a middle man for an investment portfolio, my goal is to ensure that we get the best deal. Outside of that, it's the process that matters. This job isn't a 9-5....this is everyday, all hours of the day making sure that until our goal is met, we will keep pushing. My experience in real estate started almost 5 years ago. Learning from the best in the business through the "Ask Adam Team" I was able to get great mentorship and learn quickly. Before real estate I have years in the construction business and fire sprinkler protection. I am currently in the Fitter Union and continue to run work for my family business. Being on major residential / commercial projects has helped me understand the in and outs of building, material costs & labor. For new home buyers, experienced buyers, investors etc: my process is simple & effective. From due diligence, follow up calls and emails, my goal is to solve problems before they arise and keep tabs on lawyers / agents.
