Ted Rivera is a native Santa Fean with deep family roots in New Mexico and a lifelong connection to the region's culture, traditions, and landscape. He attended St. Francis Grade School and St. Michael's High School in Santa Fe before graduating with honors from Arizona State University with a degree in Purchasing and Materials Management. Prior to transitioning into real estate, Ted spent more than twenty years building a successful career in procurement with two major Fortune 100 companies. Today, he brings that same professionalism, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills to his work in real estate - a field that reflects his longstanding passion for the land and communities of Northern New Mexico. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a designated Santa Fe Specialist (SFeS) through the Santa Fe Association of Realtors (SFAR), Ted is equipped with the specialized skills and local market knowledge to guide clients with confidence at every step of the transaction. Strongly influenced by native traditions and generations of family history tied to the region, Ted has spent much of his life exploring the mountains, rivers, and landscapes of Northern New Mexico, including countless days fishing along the Pecos River and its tributaries.
