An Albuquerque native and proud University of New Mexico grad, Nick has a passion for bringing out the best in New Mexico. After growing up on the west side and living in almost every corner of the city, he confirms that "Albuquerque has a lot to offer, and variety for every lifestyle may be one of the greatest parts of our community." His experience brings unique skills for his clients. Before becoming a realtor, Nick got his law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law. Nick became a successful attorney working for Fidelity Investments where he negotiated complex corporate contracts ranging from 500 million to 700 million dollars. While the experience introduced Nick to the ins and outs of contract law, he found the work lacking in interpersonal communication and community involvement. Nick joined the Second Judicial District Attorney's office as a prosecutor for felony criminal cases and was quickly promoted to the Major Crimes Unit prosecuting homicides and other serious violent offenses. Now, Nick owns his own law firm and real estate agency, providing his clients with a broad range of knowledgeable advice rare for a real estate agent. Nick strives to build long-lasting relationships with each client and has found the clients appreciate having an advocate truly in their corner. Whether buying or selling, Nick is there every step of the way, providing market advice, superior knowledge of the transaction process, and expert contract negotiations, leaving clients satisfied after making their significant life decision.
