Hey there, I'm Luke Schiltz - your guide to real estate in beautiful Santa Fe. Originally from Iowa, I made the trek to New Mexico after earning a filmmaking degree at Ringling College of Art & Design in Florida. What drew me here, aside from the incredible high desert landscape and unique homes, was the vibrant community that my wife, Grace, and I have grown to love (of course, not forgetting our four-legged friends, Enzo & Otis). My journey into real estate isn’t the typical story. I spent the past decade as a cinematographer & producer in Austin, telling stories for network TV, branded content, and social media. While working alongside real estate brokers, I crafted content that showcased their properties in the best light - it wasn’t long before I was hooked. Beyond transactions and negotiations, real estate is about stories - your stories. Having worked on a heartfelt project with my family to restore a historic home near Canyon Road, I've seen firsthand the incredible narrative every home has to offer.
