Carrie Meyer has always loved helping people, and real estate turned out to be the perfect place to combine that passion with her 30 plus years of contract experience. After building two custom homes of her own, she realized how much she enjoyed the process and decided to get her real estate license. Today, she’s licensed in both Washington and New Mexico and loves helping buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Las Cruces area. When it comes to selling a home, Carrie believes in a strong, well rounded marketing plan. She partners with Fierce Media to run targeted digital campaigns, gets listings onto hundreds of home search sites, and shares them with her wide network of agents and clients. She also helps with staging and hosts open houses that really show a home’s personality. For buyers, Carrie’s paralegal background gives her a sharp eye for details and contracts. She works hard to protect her clients and loves the moment when someone walks into a home and instantly knows it’s the one. Carrie is known for her honesty, dedication, and the way she treats every client like family. Her business has grown through repeat clients and referrals, something she’s incredibly proud of. Giving back is also important to her. She has volunteered with several nonprofits, served on multiple REALTOR® committees, and created Helping Heroes, a program that gives cash back at closing to military members, first responders, educators, and medical professionals. When she’s not working, you’ll find Carrie gardening, cycling, relaxing with her significant other and their pets, or spending time with her five kids and five grandkids. She’s excited to continue building relationships and helping people find their place in Las Cruces.
