I’m Carlee Flores, an Albuquerque Realtor with Coldwell Banker Legacy helping first-time buyers, VA buyers, homeowners, and sellers throughout Albuquerque, the North Valley, Rio Rancho, and Los Lunas. I earned my BBA in Marketing from the University of New Mexico, graduating Cum Laude, and spent six months living and studying in Madrid, Spain. Together, those experiences strengthened the communication, adaptability, and marketing perspective I bring to my real estate business. For buyers, I provide hands-on guidance from the initial home search through offers, inspections, negotiations, and closing. I especially enjoy helping first-time and VA buyers understand their options and feel confident throughout the process.
