Hello! Thank you for looking at my page! I am Thomas Hayburn and I am currently a student at Neumann University. I'm studying Business Administration with a minor in Finance. I'm on track to graduate with my bachelors degree in Spring '26. Back in 2021, my family purchased a home here in beautiful Ocean City through the Marr Agency. A dream come true! I began working at the Marr Agency in May 2023 as a summer intern. When school was back in session, I stayed on to assist on weekends in the fall and spring. In May 2024, I came back again to resume my role, assisting with weekly rentals and everyday business activities. Throughout the summer I had studied for my real estate exam. In July 2024 I acquired my NJ real estate license and am now a sales and rental representative at Marr. I am very excited for the opportunity to assist you in finding your dream home/rental!
