Meet John J. Kotakis, born and raised in Broomall, Delaware County PA , He has been coming to The Shore since he was a young child. Graduated from Richard Stockton College in 1995 he grew up working in Ocean city selling papers at the church after mass on sundays, managing Kohr Bros Frozen Custard on the Great Ocean city Boardwalk. John started out in the real estate business in 1997 cutting his teeth in the real estate development business in Ocean city. John Met his wife Michele , (Para – professional working with Autistic children) and started his family in this area and has three wonderful children Jimmy, 14, Joey 13 and his little princess Jordan 5. John is also active in youth sports in his community and Boy scouts of America. John started his own real estate development business (Kotakis Development) and has developed over 200 units in town over 10 years in the business. After trying his hand in the commercial construction sales business and also working for an exclusive car dealer specializing in Highline import vehicles. John Worked his way back to the real estate business. John came on board with Fox Real estate in Dec of 2014. As the Real Estate industry has changed over the years John has adapted to new market conditions, he has knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods and can help guide clients into which areas may fit your families needs. John also has excellent knowledge in the real estate investment market. The ocean city investment market is driven by the strong robust rental market. In addition, he provides exceptional Real Estate services, and is meticulous with his attention to detail. The most important attribute of John is he treats his clients like family and its so important to him that they are completely satisfied and comfortable with their purchase.
