Hi, I'm Tanya Roux, REALTOR® with eXp Realty, licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and proudly serving Southern New Hampshire and the surrounding communities. I've been in real estate for over 10 years, and if there's one thing I’ve learned, it’s that buying or selling a home is rarely just about the house. It’s about what comes next. Maybe you're buying your first home, searching for the place where you’ll raise your family, or finally making the decision to leave the home you’ve loved for 30 or 40 years. Sometimes it's exciting. Sometimes it’s bittersweet. And sometimes it’s completely overwhelming. That’s where I come in. I've built my business around being the person my clients can lean on throughout the entire process. I believe in educating rather than pressuring, communicating often, answering the questions you’re afraid are “silly,” and making sure you understand what’s happening every step of the way. Over the years, I’ve developed a special place in my business for downsizers and families helping aging parents navigate a move. These transitions often involve much more than putting a home on the market—there are decades of belongings, memories, family dynamics, logistics, and emotions wrapped up in the process. My job is to help make it feel manageable, one step at a time. And when you need help beyond real estate? I have a trusted network of lenders, title professionals, inspectors, contractors, movers, organizers, and other local resources I can connect you with. You don’t have to figure everything out alone. Outside of real estate, I’m a wife, mom, dog lover, book lover, and someone who believes relationships will always matter more than transactions. My goal isn’t simply to help you buy or sell a house. It’s to be a resource before, during, and long after the closing table.
