About Fred Afshar, Broker

Fred Afshar is a licensed real estate consultant and accomplished sales and marketing professional. He is dedicated to providing his clients the services and resources necessary to make the buying and selling experience just a little easier. Fred's expertise spans a breadth of knowledge in the Real Estate Consultation field. Since 1995 when he received his real estate license, Fred has honed his skills in sales, negotiating, coaching, and training in real estate. He has developed a creative approach in marketing properties and effective techniques in finding ideal properties. Fred joined Keller Williams Realty in 2008 and is currently working as a real estate consultant in "Fine Homes Group International" at Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan in Bedford, New Hampshire. His primary focus has been to establish lasting relationships with his clients by staying in contact with former clients, re-energizing referral relationships, and generating new leads through existing clients. Afshar served four years on the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) at Keller Williams Realty and he was the Chair of the Productivity Committee from 2011through 2014. The ALC is made up of the top 10% of agents in each organization and acts as a ‘board of directors’ that is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive, efficient and effective. Fred is dedicated to continuing his professional knowledge in order to stay up-to-date in his field. He is enrolled in the “Training-The-Trainer” program at Keller Williams University and also completed his D.I.S.C. Certification by Dr. Abelson in 2012. Fred graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.A. in Marketing and attended Suffolk University for Masters in Business Administration.
