Buying or selling a home is a major decision, and I believe you deserve an agent who takes the time to understand what matters to you, explains your options clearly, and helps you make decisions with confidence. I’m a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan, serving buyers and sellers throughout Southern New Hampshire. Before transitioning into real estate, I earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and spent more than a decade working as an engineer and technical leader. That background shaped the way I approach real estate today: I ask questions, pay attention to details, analyze the information in front of us, and work through problems thoughtfully. But real estate is about much more than numbers and properties. What drew me to this profession was the opportunity to work directly with people and make a meaningful difference during an important chapter of their lives. My approach is relationship-first. I want to understand not only what you are looking for, but why it matters to you. For buyers, that means helping you evaluate properties carefully, understand the market, develop a strong negotiating strategy, and navigate the many details from the beginning of the search through closing. My goal is to make a complex process easier to understand so you can make informed decisions with confidence. For sellers, I focus on thoughtful preparation, pricing, marketing, communication, and negotiating with your goals at the center of the strategy. Every property and every seller’s situation is different, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I’m based in Bedford and work with clients throughout Southern New Hampshire, including Bedford, Manchester, Merrimack, Concord and surrounding communities. My goal is simple: bring clarity to the process, take responsibility for the details, and earn your trust through the way I work.
