I am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. I relocated to Las Vegas, NV March of 2000. I am the wife of 20+ years to my soul mate and jointly have two amazing children that are now grown-ups. I am currently continuing my education through several sources. First being CSN to complete my prerequisite courses to transfer to UNLV to complete my BS in Political Science and Law. My final destination is to be a Juris Doctor within the Clark County Family Court System. I am a graduate of PSI Seminars, Rapport Leadership, and Brain Storm Success. All have value and are important in gaining new focus and dedication to how I choose in my life. I am always striving to be the best me possible and believe long term goals are an asset in my growth. I have been within the Real Estate Industry from brokerage level to property management. I have worked most facets of real estate sales and leasing. One of the main reasons this has been such a wonderful journey is the legal and compliance aspect of the jobs. I love researching and learning how the laws work and the need for complying with the broad spectrum of those laws. I am the owner of Transaction Focus for over 10 years and continue growing on a daily basis. I have supported brokerages, real estate agents, and real estate teams in licensing, business planning, coaching/mentorship, and transaction coordination. Together we achieve more and balance the day-to-day trials of life. Balance is the key to everyone’s success.
