Trina bought her first home when she was only 17 years old in Washington, Utah and has not stopped loving the real estate industry ever since!Trina Blackburn is a loving and devoted wife and mother as well as a savvy business woman.  The Blackburn family consists of Greg and Trina, then children Trexton (20), Davrin (18), Shi-Rayne (15) and Rachel (13).  The family loves spending time together in our mountain cabin in southern Utah as well as just hanging out at home in the backyard swimming pool.  The Blackburn family engages in business, church, sports, charitable, and community activities and keeps up a hectic, fun-filled schedule.Trina attended Dixie College as well as Western Governors University and while attending college changed her major of study from Accounting to Interior Design to finally Business Management with an emphasis on marketing and sales.  After co-owning a successful construction company with branches in Southern Utah as well as Las Vegas from 1985 until 2000 (when the company was sold), Trina decided to go full time into real estate and has been licensed as a broker-salesperson since 2000.  Trina has worked, raised a family, and lived in Henderson for fifteen years.Many folks recognize Trina from the fitness classes she has enjoyed teaching for the past seven years.  Trina has also had the opportunity to work within several industries as a business development professional.  With her experience in landscaping and trees, flood and fire restoration, dental, and even the HOA world, Trina has a wealth of knowledge to offer to her real estate clients.Trina truly cares about her clients and will always go the extra mile to make sure they are treated like family.   One of her most cherished compliments from a client was: “we can always count on Trina, we know she will return our calls and do her best to solve any problem we throw her way”.  She prides herself on her outstanding work ethic and brings her ”love of life” attitude with her everywhere she goes.  Trina is  happy to be the “Angel” her clients need in their real estate transactions.
