Growing up with a passion for Real Estate there was no better place to be than the Las Vegas valley. The fastest growing city in the US, the largest master planned communities, all in our backyard. Travis always knew he wanted to be involved, that one day it would be his turn to make an impact in Real Estate in Las Vegas.. however, his life took him down the path of Finance. Travis spent 12 years in finance, with his last 7 on Wall Street building a boutique investment bank from the ground up. Alongside three industry veteran partners, Travis was the first employee and helped grow the company to an eventual 30+ employees across offices in Hong Kong, Macau, New York and Las Vegas. With a focus on the global gaming industry across the Equity Research, Institutional Trading, Analytics and Investment Banking platforms, Travis gained a vast knowledge of high finance through many unique deals, notably: Billion Dollar Initial Public Offering of MGM China (HKSE: 2282) Billion Dollar Initial Public Offering of MGM Growth Properties (NYSE: MGP) Three Hundred and Fifty Million Dollar Debt financing of the SLS Hotel & Casino Three Hundred Million Dollar Block transaction Macau Legend Development (HKSE: 1680) Sale of Gold Strike Casino Series 7, 63 & 55 licensed, Travis was put in charge of establishing and running the only equities trading desk in Nevada, navigating regulatory hurdles and eventually working with the largest Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds and Investment Banks in the world. Executing well over one billion dollars notional in stock as well as executing stock buybacks for Las Vegas Sands (NYSE: LVS) and negotiating multi-million dollar block trades across international exchanges. The trading desk was consistently one of the top volume traders for stocks in the gaming industry. Travis left Wall Street because it was finally his time to make a mark on Real Estate in Las Vegas. Through his past career, he brings with him an unparalleled skill-set that gives his clients the competitive edge they need when buying or selling their home.
