Tonya Aldinger is a legacy realtor having been introduced to the business by her father at an early age assisting him around the office, sometimes answering phones, sometimes researching properties, at the same time learning all facets of the trade. Obtaining her license in 2006, Tonya has never looked back, making real estate her full time career, most of which revolves around seeing the pleasure in her clients when they find their new home. With a wealth of experience having done well over 2,000 Broker Price Opinions while sitting on the board of a major BPO company, Tonya knows how and where to find a good deal and maximize ROI. As a realtor, Tonya has worked with all varieties of clients from international investors to high end luxury property owners, all the way down to wholesale properties. Serving primarily Clark County, she specializes in the North West/ Centennial Hills regions but has a vast knowledge of the area, often working with clients in places like City Center and Seven Hills. Not your typical agent, Tonya is always striving to find her clients their ideal property and loves her job working with people and seeing the client's dreams come to fruition. A rabid sports fan, when Tonya isn't assisting clients, she can often be found running and preparing for her next 5k, or half marathon, a passion for which she has received several medals. Always up for a game, her favorite professional teams are the Las Vegas Golden Knights, San Francisco 49ers and as for college sports, the Texas Longhorns are her number one.
