About Patrick

Absolutely — here’s a stronger Realtor.com bio that blends both versions naturally: Patrick Brannan is a Las Vegas REALTOR® with eXp Realty, serving buyers, sellers, investors, and clients relocating throughout the Las Vegas Valley. I believe great real estate experiences start with listening, clear communication, and putting the client’s goals first. With more than 13 years of experience in sales, business development, negotiation, and relationship management, I bring a strategic and consultative approach to real estate. My background as a former college baseball player, team captain, teacher, and coach has also shaped the way I work with clients — with preparation, discipline, accountability, and a team-first mindset. My goal is to help clients navigate important real estate decisions with confidence by providing straightforward guidance, responsive communication, strong advocacy, and thoughtful negotiation from start to finish. Whether you’re buying, selling, relocating, or exploring an investment opportunity, I’m committed to understanding what matters most to you and working hard to achieve the best possible outcome. Outside of real estate, I’m a Seattle sports fan, enjoy great Mexican, Thai, and Korean food, and have a strong interest in personal development. If you’re considering buying or selling — or simply have questions about the Las Vegas real estate market — I’d be happy to be a resource.
