Monique Kaldy has been a Las Vegas resident since 2000. She was raised in Southern California and is the daughter of a Fire Captain and former Marine. Loyalty, dedication, and hard-work run deep in her veins. Personal drive and perseverance graced Monique three college degrees, with Honors, including: Associate of Arts Degree in Spanish and an Associate of Arts Degree in Paralegal Studies from Cerritos College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton. Monique’s first career as a litigation paralegal spanned the better part of twenty years. She has litigated cases regarding commercial, transactional, bankruptcy (creditor), telecommunications, securities, intellectual property, domestic, business, general civil and personal injury, from intake through trial, and appeal. The demands of each case and executive level duties give her a clear understanding of the details required to make transactions and cases run smoothly. Monique joined Coldwell Banker Premier Realty in 2017 where she focuses on commercial and residential transactions. Whether it be to acquire dream realty or secure investment property, Monique strives to provide the best personal service. In her recreational time, Monique enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and children including SCUBA diving, boating, hiking, and camping. She is a warm water enthusiast and loves the clear blue Caribbean Sea. Not to be missed, Monique is a proud University of South Carolina Gamecock Parent. Monique is a parishioner at St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Catholic Church. She is active with Boy Scouts of America, currently volunteering as an Assistant District Commissioner.
