About Michelle

Michelle Meyers has been a Realtor® and member of the National Realtors Association for just under 14 years. Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Michelle spent ten years working in the field of Title and Escrow. During her tenure in Title, she also taught various classes associated with Title and Escrow at Real Estate Schools but also taught classes related such as, “What do I do with my Prelim”, Title Fraud, and Mortgage Fraud to Mortgage Companies and Real Estate Offices. Michelle has experience will many different types of transactions, from all traditional sales, short sales, probate, and pre-foreclosure sales, working with agencies such as banks, attorneys, court trustees and judges, and of course other agents that are party to a transaction. She feels her biggest responsibility to minimize the pressure and stress for her client be they homeowners or buyers by providing fair and professional advice. And to get them the best price and terms based on her negotiating with the other side of the contract.
