About Michelle

I'm a mom, a lover of life and a proud Realtor. I have been active in real estate since 2006, starting my career working as a Project Manager for a home builder. This start was a perfect way for me to literally be involved with the entire home buying process from the ground up. I assisted buyers with building plans, permitting, and selections of interior and exterior finishes. I then went on to work for a few different brokerages primarily working with buyers. I worked extremely hard during the market crash and helped many home sellers through short sales and home buyers get tremendous savings. I later obtained by broker's license and managed a couple brokerages myself giving me great experience in helping other real estate agents and clients through all their real estate needs. I also have gotten my property management permit to assist in rental needs within our area. I have taken great pride in staying up to date on all the changing real estate needs of our clients, while still maintaining the personal touch that is sometimes lacking in our fast paced world. Helping others purchase their first home all the way through to assisting a seller to downsize and sell their last home is something I am truly blessed and thankful to be a part of.
