Kyla has been a licensed real estate agent full-time since the summer of 2003, and has lived in Henderson since 1989. After earning her Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2003, Kyla spent 4 years selling new homes for Del Webb/Pulte Homes at Sun City Aliante. She then spent another year selling in Providence with Lennar homes, and ever since then in "general" real estate where she gets to do it all! Kyla is a listing agent (traditional and short sales), a buyer's agent (helping buyers find their first home, next home, or investment property) as well as a leasing agent (helping those not quite ready to buy) find a fabulous rental home! She is a 2013 & 2019 YPN 40 under 40 recipient, 2019 Inner Circle Award Winner, and also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
