So you know something about me… I have lived in Las Vegas for 28 years. I was born in Huntington Beach, CA and I am the older of two children. My father was a career Army officer and my mother was a realtor. As an “Army brat,” I had a wonderful opportunity to travel with my parents to Dad’s different duty assignments in the United States and Germany. My father retired from the service in 1989 after an assignment in Washington, DC. In 1990 our family moved to Las Vegas. Before I began my real estate career, I held management positions in the food service industry - first as an assistant manager at the Rio and Golden Nugget Buffets; then as the Restaurant Manager at Lady Luck at the Fiesta Station, and as the Founding Manager of the Buffet at the Reserve (now Fiesta Station). My last position in the food service industry was as Assistant General Manager and Marketing Coordinator for the Tony Roma’s Restaurants in Las Vegas. For as long as I can remember I loved helping my mom with her real estate clients and friends. So in 2002, I followed in Mom’s footsteps and obtained my real estate license. I formed the Honrath Home Team upon her retirement. And I continue to love helping make buyers and sellers’ real estate dreams come true. I have a fabulous 13-year old son, J.P. We live in the community of Summerlin and are very involved in supporting our community, church and our son’s interests. J.P. loves guitar and stand up Bass. He practices faithfully, is a Black Belt in Karate, plays Football and is active in Scouting.
