Kent was born in Long Beach, California and grew up in Big Timber Montana. He joined the US Navy at age 18. He fought in the Vietnam war alongside our country's brave heroes. After Vietnam, he lived in Hawaii for 10 years but with a growing passion in sales and real estate, he eventually moved to Las Vegas in 1985. Kent is a real estate veteran of 30 years in the Las Vegas market. He has helped countless investors and first time home buyers in and out of state. His expertise involves comprehensive real estate market analysis, home investment strategic planning, property management, and investment properties. He is well versed in the use of 1031 exchange procedures. Kent offers investors a wide spectrum of residential real estate investment strategies and investments within the Las Vegas real estate market.
