When you think of Las Vegas, do you imagine the glitz and glamour? The neon lights as they reflect off our streets heading down the Las Vegas strip to downtown Fremont? Most people have this imagery in the mind's eye. But for me, I see so much more. The entire Las Vegas valley is aglow with natural beauty and that's what I love about this place I call home. From Red Rock Canyon to Mt Charleston and all the way out to Black Mountain and the Hoover Dam. The wonder that awaits Las Vegas locals is never far from reach. Like most Las Vegans, I wasn't born here. I moved from California at the age of 22 to find something better than my small, oil field, farm town. The place where the only thing to do was go to the movies. In 2003 I packed my bags and headed to Boulder City where my Dad was running a large scale wrought iron company. My brother and sister-in-law were there too, and I was sure I had a new home. Boulder City didn't remain home for long as I moved into Las Vegas and then all over the valley exploring new areas and falling more in love. Today, I'm in south Henderson where I frequently say, "I'm so far Henderson, I'm almost Boulder City." And that first place in Nevada that I called home; it's calling me back. I entered real estate in 2017, filled with excitement. I was switching gears from my 16-year marketing career and going to what I had always dreamed about! I joined a top brokerage as the receptionist, moving into handling listings, and ultimately a Transaction Coordinator. From there I joined a new brokerage and continued to expand my knowledge of transactions and real estate. I made a 10-year long dream come true when I obtained my own license in 2019 and quickly became an independent transaction coordinator for more than 50 local Realtors. And, now, it's time for me to take my knowledge of transactions, Nevada law, negotiation and put it to work for you. Real estate is my passion and I am always looking to grow, expand, and be on the cutting-edge of what's yet to come. Personally, I enjoy adventure and exploring our famous city. From the depths of Lake Mead when scuba diving to bike riding trails with my husband or exploring local parks with my four kids. I believe there is a place in this valley for every dream, every vision, and every lifestyle. From helping you find the perfect place to call home to selling your place quickly!
