Responsible for presenting the legendary unknown Cirque Du Soleil to city officials in over 30 cities throughout North America, Europe and Canada, she spent several years on the road before opening the premiere legendary, Cirque show, Nouvelle Experience as Co-General Manager behind the Mirage Hotel. Years later and after a successful television career, she returned to open the Cirque extravaganza, KA, at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino where she created a 5-star customer service program never before seen on the strip. Karen learned at at an early age, in order to make people's dreams come true, it would take unwavering commitment, strong moral principles, laser focus, and undeniable determination. With years experience under her belt, these lessons are carried with her today. In addition to Karen's professional highlights, she prides herself on being a wife to husband, Rob. Over the last several years, they have shared a mutual passion for real estate, renovating and flipping homes in addition to launching their CBD Company , Rosenow Farms.
