Julie was born and raised in Southern Nevada and comes from family that has been in the real estate industry for over 35 years. Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, she got her real estate license immediately after she graduated from Chaparral High School. Julie has been engaged at GLVAR through various committees including, Community Outreach, Grievance, Professional Standards, YPN, Finance, Faculty, has served on the Board of Directors and is a Trustee for NVAR Leadership Program. She runs Youngblood Coaching & Consulting, a coaching firm for real estate professionals. Julie was recently recognized nationally by Inman News as one of the “25 Best Real Estate Coaches in 2016.” In addition to coaching, Julie and her husband run a full service real estate team. She's been active in sales since 2001 experiencing the "Big Boom" and the following Downward spiral!
