I was 10 when I could remember having recurring dreams of having a whole lot of money. Throughout middle school and high school, I was always studying and daydreaming about how to make money in business. Now, I want to share that with you. My name is Heather Escuin. I have lived in Las Vegas since 1996. I graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a bachelor in business management and an associates degree in business administration. I bought my first house when I was 17 and that is where my passion for real estate investing began. I could've been anywhere, but by luck of the draw, I found myself in Las Vegas. I was at ground zero of the mortgage crisis and ground zero of the housing collapse. This rare event in history has given me and my circles an opportunity like no other where we have been able to share within, our insight and help each other prosper. My office, Platinum Land Kings, has a proven track record of success. With over 20 years of being in Las Vegas, we have experience in the local Las Vegas market conditions. Our office is a dynamic team that is always thinking outside the box to stay ahead of the curve.
