About GREG

Greg Hartline is a native Kansan and a graduate of the University of Kansas and Washburn University. He taught guitar and electronic music at Washburn for many years before relocating to San Diego. In Southern California he performed extensively as a solo musician for 10 years. Eventually, Greg moved to Las Vegas and became a Realtor® in 1995 and a Broker in 1998. He is currently the broker of Hartline Properties, a firm engaged in residential and commercial brokerage and property management. Greg earned his MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the University of Phoenix in 2003. Greg has been an adjunct instructor at the College of Southern Nevada since 2004. He also has earned the following real estate credentials: CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) CPM (Certified Property Manager) GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) SFR (Shortsale and Foreclosure Resource) At the College of Southern Nevada, Greg has taught Principles of Real Estate, Principles of Management, Personal Interviewing, Introduction to Business and Principles of Marketing. He is a past director of the Commercial Alliance of Las Vegas and a past director of the Commercial Marketing Group of Las Vegas. He is the current president of the Tipstars Business Networking Group of Southern Nevada. In 2012, Greg became a 2 time inductee into the Kansas Music Hall of Fame. He is a passionate fan of jazz guitar and performs frequently in the Las Vegas area as a soloist and with various ensembles.
