About Giacomo

My Real Estate career started as a Loan Officer in Newport Beach, California back in 2002. I figured that if I wanted to efficiently help my clients, a hands-on approach to lending was necessary. By doing so I was able to learn the intricacies of the lending industry. How to predict market interest rates was crucial in determining the Real Estate market. In the process I created strong relationships with various lending institutions such as Bank of America, Countrywide and Chase, just to name a few. When the opportunity presented its self my family and I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2004. In Las Vegas I actively pursued Real Estate investing and Real Estate Sales. I attended various seminars that helped both professionally and spiritually. Helping family find homes provided a great satisfaction for me and became a very important aspect of my life. Since then I have engaged in several ventures, some successful, others not so much. In doing so I learned that integrity, respect, honesty and knowledge are key to successful dealings with people of all sorts of background. I believe that everyone has a right to own their own home and my knowledge in the Real Estate Industry has allowed me to do just that. Provide families with a home they can enjoy, watch their children grow, and live a peaceful and fulfilling life. These concepts have helped me both spiritually and economically. Today, I pride myself with having helped families across the country fulfill their dreams of owning a home. I look forward to helping many others for the years to come.
