I've lived in Las Vegas since 1980. Long enough to know the difference between the city people visit and the one they actually live in. That second city is the one I sell. I've worked in luxury real estate here since 2010, as a broker salesperson with IS Luxury, focused on homes from $1.5M to $15M and up across Summerlin, Henderson, MacDonald Highlands, and the communities that don't open to just anyone. My clients are people relocating from out of state, sellers who need the right buyer and not just any offer, and investors building a foothold in Nevada.
