About Dennis

Since 1988, Dennis Wolf has drawn on his extensive real estate background to provide his clients the best representation possible. Dennis has experience as a broker/agent, developer, and real estate investor, partnering with his dad in the Chicago area, as well as experience as a licensed real estate appraiser. Dennis has successfully represented buyers, sellers and investors in Las Vegas since 2010. Dennis’ dad entered real estate the year he was born, so Dennis was virtually born into the industry. In the 1950’s, Dennis’ dad began selling farmland to developers just outside of Chicago, creating some of the first Chicago suburbs. As a young boy, Dennis did a lot of ride alongs with his dad, picking up on the real estate business, some 10 years before meeting the age requirement to qualify for a real estate license. One piece of advice Dennis still quotes from working with his dad, is “The time to buy is while it’s for sale”, which is just as applicable in today’s market where a delayed, negotiable offer, could result in competing with multiple offers. As a former licensed real estate appraiser for lending institutions, Dennis has a superior edge in supporting the value of his seller’s homes, as well as supporting his buyer’s offers during negotiations, which could make the difference in a seller losing a buyer, or a buyer losing their dream home. All lenders, by law, are required to hire appraisers using appraisal standards to establish value, since it is by far more accurate. To provide the best and most comprehensive service possible to his clients, Dennis has spent years cultivating relationships with superior lenders, escrow officers, contractors and more, to insure his client’s needs are met during and after the transaction. Dennis, as a matter of routine keeps his clients thoroughly informed throughout every step of the process. Dennis also believes in working around his client’s schedule. Dennis has always been involved in volunteer work, giving back a portion of what he has been blessed with, including years of fostering dogs for Foreclosed Upon Pets (.org). His experience with processing and relocating evacuees in New Orleans, just after Hurricane Katrina with a Las Vegas group, was Dennis’ most rewarding volunteer experience.
