With more than two decades of real estate experience, David brings a practical understanding of property valuation, construction, and residential transactions to his work. His background in appraisal and general contracting helps him guide clients through pricing decisions, evaluate a home’s condition and potential, and consider how improvements may affect its value. David’s experience includes first-time home purchases, move-up sales, luxury properties, relocation, new construction, and investment real estate. He emphasizes clear explanations and thoughtful preparation, helping buyers understand what they are purchasing and sellers identify the steps that can strengthen their position before going to market. David co-founded Kindred with a focus on personal service, client education, and collaboration. Through its local teams, Kindred combines community knowledge and hands-on representation with Compass’s technology, marketing resources, and national network. Education remains central to David’s approach.
