I’m a co-founder of Miler Realty Group, where I focus primarily on helping homeowners sell their property with a clear strategy and strong execution from start to finish. Over the past few years, I’ve been involved in 150+ transactions, which has given me a real understanding of what actually makes deals come together—and what causes them to fall apart. A lot of the outcome comes down to how the home is priced upfront, how it compares to other options on the market, and how negotiations are handled once offers come in. Not every agent approaches those moments the same way, and that’s usually where experience shows up the most. In my role, I’m directly involved in the listing side—working with sellers to position their home correctly, attract serious buyers, and navigate everything that happens after an offer is accepted, including inspections, appraisals, and closing. The goal is simple: create a clear plan, execute it properly, and keep the deal moving without unnecessary issues.
