Raised in the Inland Empire of Southern California, Christopher pursued higher education at the prestigious University of California, Berkeley, before making his way to the vibrant Las Vegas area. Since 1998, Christopher has been immersed in the real estate industry, holding various roles that have honed his skills and broadened his perspective. As a licensed Broker Salesperson and Office Manager in the Berkeley/Oakland area, he developed a keen understanding of the Northern California market. In 2007, he relocated to Las Vegas, where he expanded his expertise by managing a real estate investment portfolio, overseeing office operations and investor relations for a 250-door property management company, and managing a 282-unit Home Owners Association. After a brief hiatus from residential real estate sales, Christopher returned with a renewed passion and a wealth of experience. He leverages his extensive market knowledge and years of experience to serve as a trusted advisor to his clients. Christopher prides himself on his strong negotiation skills, effective communication, and proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring smooth transactions and exceptional experiences for his clients. Christopher is deeply committed to his community and actively serves on several boards, including the Las Vegas Realtors MLS, Cal Alumni Chapter of Southern Nevada, Nevada Preservation Foundation, and the Whitney Town Advisory Board. In his leisure time, Christopher enjoys dining out with friends, playing golf, focusing on health and fitness, traveling, and spending quality time with his beloved dogs, Beauregard and Madden.
