Born in 2004, Charlie spent formative years connected to the Cirque community and performed with The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil from ages 8 to 10 (2012–2014). That early experience instilled a strong work ethic, comfort in high-pressure environments, and an appreciation for precision and presentation. Before focusing fully on real estate, Charlie built practical business experience. From 2021 to 2023 he specialized in selling high-end luxury sneakers ranging from $300 to $30,000, developing a sharp understanding of value, marketing, and client relationships in a competitive niche market. He then launched and ran an online e-commerce business focused on household products—sourcing inventory in bulk from wholesalers, managing packaging, and handling individual and small-quantity shipments to customers nationwide. These ventures sharpened his skills in sales, operations, logistics, customer service, and attention to detail. Now a licensed real estate agent for less than two years, Charlie combines that entrepreneurial foundation with the market knowledge gained from growing up alongside a seasoned agent. He currently lives in the Section 10 area of Las Vegas and has strong familiarity with neighborhoods across the valley, including Nevada Trails.
