With over 20 years of real estate experience in the Las Vegas market, I bring a strong background in property management, REO field services, residential construction, and client service. My career combines military discipline, hands-on construction knowledge, and extensive real estate experience to help clients make confident real estate decisions. Before entering real estate, I proudly served 11 years in the United States Navy working in aircraft maintenance control. My responsibilities included administrative support, managing squadron aircraft logs and records, and maintaining Naval Technical Manuals used by maintenance personnel. I also completed 3 Western Pacific deployments aboard the USS Constellation (maiden voyage of the F/A-18 Hornet) and USS New Orleans. My military service built the foundation of organization, accountability, and attention to detail that continues to guide my work today. After leaving the Navy, I spent 10 years in residential construction, working on roofing systems, siding, windows, and exterior home improvements throughout Ohio. I later moved to Las Vegas and worked as an electrical apprentice with IBEW Local 357, contributing to major projects including the Wynn Casino and Bellagio Spa Tower developments. This construction background provides valuable insight when evaluating property condition, repairs, and renovation potential. Since receiving my Nevada Real Estate License in 2006, I have worked with several respected Las Vegas brokerages and developed experience in residential sales, REO property management, and investment properties. During seven years as an REO Field Manager, I performed property evaluations, condition reports, repair oversight, marketing preparation, and ongoing inspections for bank-owned properties. I also spent 11 years building and managing a property management division, growing a portfolio to 175 managed properties. My responsibilities included leasing, tenant screening, inspections, vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, and financial reporting using the AppFolio property management platform. Throughout my career, I have also served as a sales floor manager and agent trainer, assisting agents with contracts, documentation, and client service processes. Today, I use my combined experience in construction, real estate sales, property management, and leadership to help buyers, sellers, and investors successfully navigate the Las Vegas real estate market.
