I have been a licensed Realtor at Nebraska Realty since 2005, helping my clients buy, sell and build homes. Additionally, I can help with any commercial real estate or business sale transactions that you might have. I have been involved with hundreds of transactions in that time frame and am a multi-million dollar producer. I have been a top 100 agent at Nebraska Realty (750+ agents) in 2017, 2018, and 2019. I am honest, straightforward, down-to-earth and fair, and service to my clients is second to none. I have sold properties in every part of the Omaha/Lincoln metro areas, including Fremont, Blair, Bellevue, Plattsmouth, Union, Wahoo, and Papillion. I have a straightforward approach: price the house correctly and market it efficiently. I have always prided myself on my negotiation skills, and work to represent my clients in an ethical manner. I strive to always be forthright with my clients, I do not sugarcoat items that need to be addressed. My job is to sell your house as quickly as possible for the best price that the market will allow. Remember that we as Realtors do not set prices, the market does that for us, but we are responsible for knowing the market for your home.
