Meet Mandy Jensen: Your Omaha Real Estate Agent As a lifelong Omaha resident I absolutely LOVE this city, from the “Nebraska Nice” people to the different seasons to the many outdoor activities available here! I have a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. I specialize in the sale of new and existing homes in the Omaha metropolitan area with Nebraska Realty. As a member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors, the Nebraska Realtor’s Association, the Women’s Council of Realtors, and other networking groups I enjoy connecting with others who share my same passion for real estate and helping others. Helping people has always been a passion of mine, and I have been fortunate enough to always work in careers that have allowed me to do this. Why I’m Different I enjoy owning my own real estate business because I can ensure that I'm wowing my clients with exceptional customer service, consistent communication, and strong attention to detail while ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers, cooperating agents. My approach to any transaction is “it’s about the people, not the agent”. Honesty, integrity, and communication are the key components to successfully close a transaction and make the buying or selling experience positive and seamless! I Believe in Giving Back I am a firm believer in giving back! My favorite charity to donate to and fundraise for is the Autoimmune Encephalitis Alliance, a non-profit that is very close to my family’s heart. I have also hosted several blood drives with the American Red Cross. In addition I volunteer in many roles in my neighborhood’s homeowners association, as well as my children’s school PTO. In My Free Time I love to travel, read, swim, bargain shop, watch sports, and enjoy time with my family. My wonderful husband of 17 years, Cory, and my 2 daughters, Madison and Macy, have been incredibly supportive of my dream to pursue my real estate career. They are my “whys”. My furbaby Dash, a yellow lab, is always ready to greet me with lots of puppy love and kisses when I come home!
