Hi, I’m Lorena Manfredi, a bilingual Realtor® in Omaha, Nebraska, fluent in English and Spanish. I’m proud to be part of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate – The Good Life Group, where I help people buy and sell homes throughout Omaha and the surrounding communities. I began my real estate career in 2021, and what I enjoy most is getting to know my clients and understanding what truly matters to them. I work with buyers, sellers, first-time home buyers, families relocating to Omaha, and Spanish-speaking clients who value being able to ask questions and fully understand the process in the language they feel most comfortable speaking. I serve West Omaha, Elkhorn, Bennington, Papillion, Bellevue, Gretna, Ralston, Valley, and other nearby communities. Originally from Bolivia, I moved to Omaha in 2006 after earning my bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering. Over the years, Omaha has become home for me and my family. Because I know what it feels like to begin a new chapter in a new place, I understand that moving is about much more than buying or selling a house, it is a very personal decision. My approach is simple: I listen, communicate honestly, and stay involved throughout the entire process. Real estate can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I take the time to explain each step, answer questions, and make sure my clients never feel like they have to figure everything out on their own.
