About Karl

Karl grew up in Marquette Michigan, or the U.P. as they say, enjoying everything outdoors, from skiing, biking, hockey, hiking, camping to sailing with his Dad and family on Lake Superior. He graduated from University of Michigan with a BA in Economics before moving to Vail Colorado in 1984. Karl worked several jobs, among them alpine ski coach and raft guide before starting his Commercial Photography business that continues today. While in Vail he met his wife Lisa, a Montana State University graduate and former Bobcat volleyball player. In 2000, Karl and Lisa decided they wanted to raise their kids in a small college town with endless recreational opportunities, good schools and a thriving active community, very similar to Karl’s hometown. So they packed up their two young kids and moved to Bozeman. The kids are now playing in the outdoors and attending MSU. Karl’s passion, commitment to excellence, thoroughness, attention to detail and customer satisfaction can be seen in his successful photography business. He is ready to put that same effort into helping you find the right home or property here in Montana.
