About Jake

Jacob “Jake” Hitchcock was born and raised in Missoula, Montana, where he developed a strong appreciation for the outdoors, community, and the Montana lifestyle. Whether spending time at Flathead Lake, walking his dog by the river, or hunting in the fall, Jake values the experiences and relationships that come with calling Montana home. A graduate of Big Sky High School, Jake balanced academics with athletics and lettered in soccer, a sport he played throughout his childhood. His experience in competitive athletics helped shape his work ethic, discipline, teamwork, and perseverance — qualities that continue to serve him well in real estate. After graduating in 2023, Jake briefly attended the University of Montana to study business before deciding to pursue his passion for real estate. He went on to complete the Connole-Morton real estate course and earned his real estate license at just 18 years old. Jake began his real estate career with Plum Property Management and Point 6 Real Estate, where he gained hands-on experience supporting daily operations, assisting clients and tenants, and learning the real estate industry from a strong team of experienced professionals. His time with the Plum PM and Point 6 staff helped him build a solid foundation in customer service, communication, property management, and residential real estate. Now a licensed REALTOR® with Point 6 Real Estate, Jake is committed to providing excellent service, building lasting relationships, and helping clients navigate each step of their real estate journey with confidence.
