About Dan

A Vermont native, Dan moved to Bozeman in 2000 after college in Colorado. Drawn to the mountains and rivers of Montana he quickly settled into Bozeman life as a Contractor. Building in Big Sky and the Gallatin Valley Dan’s passion for the real estate business grew. As a landlord in Bozeman Dan was an active member of the Montana Landlords Association and became an expert in the Bozeman rental market. In 2011 after living in Bend, OR for a year developing rentals Dan moved to Helena, MT and opened an upscale coffeehouse called Hub Coffee. While in Helena Dan served on the board of Directors for the Downtown Helena Business Association and was active in planning for downtown Helena. Dan owned and operated Hub Coffee for 3 years before selling it to move back to Bozeman to pursue a career in real estate. In his free time you can find Dan spending time with his daughter Chloe, on his mountain bike, skiing, snowboarding, fishing, hiking, hunting or floating one of the local rivers with his golden retriever Gus. Dan is also a Private Pilot and familiar with the local flying community.
