Zac Morton was born & raised in the Kansas City area. Zac’s clients have a unique advantage thanks to his business skills. As a business management major in college, Zac learned the importance of good listening and organization in delivering a great experience to clients. It was here that his skills at negotiation were nurtured, and today, his clients appreciate his ability to find creative solutions to their problems. When Zac received his real estate license in Kansas & Missouri almost 2 decades ago, he quickly rose through the ranks and earned the Rookie of the Year award at his brokerage agency. Today he continues that standard as his team continues to hold a position in the top 5% of REALTORs is Kansas City. Today, Zac works hard to deliver service worthy of recommendation… and it’s working. He’s proud to say that 93% of his clients come to him through referrals. When he’s not helping clients, Zac enjoys enjoys his family, CrossFit, aerial photography, videography, and the arts. He loves being active outdoors—from kiteboarding to camping, climbing, mountain biking, and snowboarding.
