About Susan

Got bitten by the real estate bug while assisting my husband who was a realtor. Helping him since 2009 while he built up his portfolio. In 2013 he branched off an starting Ultimate Realty while I kept my 9-5 job while helping with the real estate paperwork. In 2019 I earned my real estate license and joined in full time. In 2023 with the passing of my husband, I kept the family business we had built going. Lisa Miller, our daughter is our Broker. Our niche is Property Management and Investment Properties in North and West St. Louis County and St. Charles County. I also handle buy and sell transactions. It's exciting to see someone fall in love with a house and see their future in their new home. When I am away from real estate you can see me on my tri-toon boat at Lake of the Ozarks with the grand kids (usually on a tube behind the boat) or at horse shows or what ever the grandkids activities are.
