I continued my intensive education my the real estate career by getting numerous designations, Broker Sales Person, GRI, CNRS, RRES, INFA, and CMRS in addition to numorous company and outside training, which gave me much knowledge and a capability to help numerous individuals and families who found themselves in the same capacity as I often have been, a relocating situation. Understanding from a personal perspective has given me the ability to help alleviate the anxiety and stress and know the needs of those making both local and long distant moves. I have now increased my service to the community by helping those in distress situations wih their properties. I have completed my SFA designation enabling me to help those in foreclosure or short sales situations. I am constintently among the top agents at COLDWELL BANKER GUNDAKER, a company of 2500 plus agents where I specialize as being a Relocation Specialist for the company. A designation given to a limited number of high achieving agents. I have been named a 5 STAR AGENT for St. Louis and Franklin Counties for the last eleven years in a row ; since; it was first started by ST LOUIS MAGAZINE. An honor achieved by a limited number of agents. This honor is bestowed after a survey of 30 thousand home owners. I have been long married to my first and only husband, Don. We have two married children and four giggly granddaughters. My interests are, of course, spending time with my family, showing my Boxer, Nathan, in Agility competition, all out door activities. We have camped in all the Ntl. Parks in the United States and Canada. I love the real estate career, being able to put the needs of my clients first; making sure that they are happy satisfied buyers and sellers.
